Is grewray priced per user?
No. Every plan includes a set number of users: 3 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Business, for one price per business.
Is two-factor sign-in mandatory?
For owners and admins, yes: it is a condition of those roles. Staff can switch it on too.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them and every session they have ends at once, on every device. The work they did stays with the business.
Can one person belong to two businesses?
Yes. One account can belong to several businesses, with a different role in each, and switch between them.
